Saucy

I don't know what it is but I have developed a taste for spicier food in my old age. :-) Maybe my taste buds have changed or maybe I have become saucier HAHA Anywho I have been making these roasted potatoes forever and they are divine but most importantly they are EASY.  I got the recipe from Taste of  Home (and of course I changed some stuff up).  Next to Food Network magazine, it is my favorite subscription.  LOVE it!!

Start with cutting your cleaned, small red potatoes up about this size..

Take a gallon size freezer bag, add 1/4 cup olive olive, onion, garlic and spices. I ran out of cayenne pepper (craziness I know!) so I substituted Cajun seasoning.  Mix the oil and spices....

Add the diced taters, seal the bag and then..

Place them on a 9 by 13 greased roasting pan. Bake @ 400 for 45 mins, turning every 15 mins...

Until they are brown and crispy. When I remove them from the oven, I sprinkle them lightly with seasoning salt.......

Then enjoy!
Sorry about the lighting on the pix- Photographer I am not ;-)  Although they are not as crispy, these are really good heated up as leftovers.  :-)  Divine
